Admin Activity Logs

The system logs every action performed in the Admin Panel. This includes timestamps, action details, and records of device assignments, ensuring full accountability and an audit trail. Logs are retrievable for up to 12 months.

Centralized Access Control

User authentication is enforced using Active Directory (AD) credentials. Only authorized administrators, whose accounts are managed as Service Accounts (SA) within a dedicated Global Security Group, can access the Admin Panel.
